Certificates of New Construction and Antiquity

At Civiltrek Ingeniería we prepare certificates of new construction and certificates of antiquity, technical documents necessary for the registration of buildings in the Land Registry and for the completion of legal procedures such as sales, inheritance or mortgages.

The certificate of new construction certifies that a construction or extension has been executed in accordance with the project and the building permit granted, allowing the declaration of new construction to be formalized before a notary and the building to be registered in the Land Registry.

On the other hand, the certificate of antiquity allows the regularization of existing buildings that were built without a license, provided that the urbanistic infraction has expired. By means of the technical inspection of the property and the analysis of graphic and cadastral documentation, the approximate date of completion of the construction is accredited for its registration.
